Jennifer Carey is a serial entrepreneur and life experience designer who helps clients clarify what they truly want and design lives from that certainty. As co-founder of The Mercury Mind, she works closely with Ryan Murray to translate the transformative power of the Deep Mind Recode™️ into a scalable, repeatable methodology—making world-class transformation tools accessible to everyone, from leaders to families to young people stepping into their potential.

Through her work with clients, Jennifer guides people to move from uncertainty and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and full-body certainty about what matters most—then take aligned, courageous action to create it.

Before founding The Mercury Mind, Jennifer built a successful career in experience design and organizational design & culture—founding and scaling consultancies that bridged technology, human behavior, and purpose-driven leadership. That work became the foundation for her transition into ‘life experience design’ and the creation of systems that empower people to transform from the inside out.

With certifications inHypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, and Reiki, Jennifer integrates her passion for human development, communication, and esoteric psychology into The Mercury Mind’s frameworks and client experiences, ensuring each transformation is both profound and practical.
